25/3/10 Just a short note to thank you for looking after some of our passengers before and after our tours. The reports back from our passengers have been tremendous with comments like "the best hospitality I have ever encountered' to 'they even picked me up and dropped me back to the train.' Thank you so much for really going out of your way to ensure people are treated 'special'. Your caring attitude and, nothing is too much trouble outlook, is a credit to you and is truly and outstanding boost for tourism in Bundaberg.
